How to buy a ticket

The Tickets page shows everything on sale now, leads sellers into a step-by-step creation flow and checkers to the scanner. The universal scanner in the menu recognises a ticket too.
Sell only what is yours
Tickets can be sold for your own event, for an organization you manage tickets for, or for a transit network you operate — never for someone else's. Edit a ticket type or take it off sale from one list.
QR code validation
Each ticket has a unique QR code. Operators scan it once for instant validation — no paper, no apps to install.
Cryptographic signing
Optionally sign your ticket with your PGP key. This proves the ticket belongs to you and hasn't been tampered with.

Capacity limits
Operators set maximum capacity per ticket type. When sold out, the system stops selling — no overbooking.
Works offline
Tickets carry a cryptographically signed QR. Operators can validate them even with no signal — the signature proves a ticket is genuine without a live server check.

Operators can offer concession fares (student, senior, child) and set validity windows — single-use, time-limited, or a pass valid across a whole network. Prices can be shown in euros with a live conversion to sats at purchase.
