Each fraction has an ownership share in permilagem (‰). Votes in assemblies are weighted by ownership — a 200‰ apartment counts twice as much as a 100‰ garage. The sum must equal exactly 1000‰.

Monthly condominium fees are calculated proportionally to each fraction's permilagem. The admin records payments — Parahub tracks who paid, not how. No payment processing, no escrow.

Lei 8/2022 legalized electronic voting for Portuguese condominiums. Create a weighted poll, eligible owners vote with their permilagem weight, results are auditable.
