Advanced settings

Wallet sync between devices

Stored in this browser only

Set up your wallet on this device first — the sync key is derived from the wallet seed.

Off: tip batches and payment labels exist only in the browser that created them. On: your devices share them as a single archive encrypted with a key derived from your wallet seed — the server cannot read it and learns only that an encrypted archive exists, its size and when it changes. Turning it off deletes the server copy.

Identity verification

Web of Trust (WoT) members compare this photo with you in person and vouch for your profile — without it you cannot be verified. The photo is private: only verifiers ever see it, it is never shown publicly. What is this? →

I consent to processing my biometric data (face embedding) for Sybil defense under GDPR Art. 9(2)(a)

If you replace or delete the photo while verifications signed against it stand, the photo file (never the biometric data) is kept in a private archive until those verifications lapse — so it stays provable which face your verifiers vouched for. Only you and arbitration can open it; every arbitration view is logged and you are notified.

Also use the face crop as my Para-ID card photo (visible to WoT-verified members)

Generated from your photo

Your verification photo can drive the rest: the Para-ID photo is an exact face crop, the avatar is a watercolor redraw. Nothing changes without your click.

Para-ID — printable card

Printable member card: name, photo, profile QR code — and the Web of Trust seal once 3+ members have verified you

The card photo is also shown on your public profile to WoT-verified members — they can open it full size.
